¿Qué hacer cuando el teléfono no puede obtener una dirección IP?

Descripción general

Este documento ofrece orientación de resolución de problemas y soluciones para dos escenarios comunes donde el teléfono no puede obtener una dirección IP.

Escenario 1: El teléfono y el PC se conectan al mismo puerto de un conmutador o enrutador mediante el mismo cable de red. El PC obtiene IP correctamente, pero el teléfono no.

Escenario 2: El teléfono y el PC se conectan al mismo puerto de un conmutador o enrutador mediante el mismo cable de red. Ni el PC ni el teléfono logran obtener dirección IP.

Este documento está dirigido al personal de mantenimiento y soporte técnico encargado de la resolución diaria de incidencias de los teléfonos.

Resolución de problemas

Escenario 1

Síntoma
El teléfono y el PC comparten el mismo cable de red y puerto en el conmutador o enrutador. El PC recibe dirección IP, el teléfono no.

Causas posibles
1. El teléfono tiene VLAN activada, pero la red no usa VLAN, o la red requiere VLAN y la configuración del dispositivo es incorrecta o desactivada.
2. Existe conflicto de direcciones IP en la red.
3. El enrutador o conmutador tiene vinculación MAC solo para el PC, sin incluir el teléfono.
4. El conmutador usa autenticación 802.1X u otros métodos; el PC ya está autenticado, pero el teléfono no cuenta con la configuración necesaria.

Soluciones
1. Desactive la VLAN del teléfono o configure los parámetros correctos. Se recomienda también desactivar el aprendizaje LLDP y la opción VLAN del dispositivo. Consulte el apartado 3.1 para el procedimiento.
2. Asigne una IP estática al teléfono. Consulte el apartado 3.2.
3. Elimine la vinculación MAC del equipo de red o añada la MAC del teléfono a la lista permitida.
4. Desactive la autenticación 802.1X en el conmutador o configure el método de autenticación en el teléfono.
5. Restaure la configuración de fábrica y vuelva a probar para descartar errores de configuración. Consulte el apartado 3.3.

Escenario 2

Síntoma
Tanto el teléfono como el PC conectados al mismo conmutador no pueden obtener dirección IP.

Causas posibles
1. Presencia de tormenta de red en la LAN.
2. DHCP deshabilitado en el enrutador o fallo del dispositivo.
3. Agotamiento del rango de direcciones DHCP del enrutador.
4. Fallo o deterioro del cable de red.

Soluciones
1. Solicite al administrador de red que revise tormentas de tráfico. El icono de rayo en la esquina superior del teléfono indica congestión o tormenta de red.
2. Pruebe configurando una IP estática. Consulte el apartado 3.2.
3. Amplíe el rango DHCP modificando la máscara de subred, por ejemplo, de 255.255.255.0 a 255.255.0.0.
4. Reemplace el cable de red o conecte el teléfono en otra ubicación de red para realizar pruebas.

En la pantalla LCD del teléfono, acceda a Menú - Configuración - Configuración avanzada (contraseña: 123 o admin) - Red - QoS y VLAN - VLAN del puerto WAN - Desactivar y guarde los cambios en el botón inferior Guardar, como se muestra:

En la pantalla LCD del teléfono, acceda a Menú - Configuración - Configuración avanzada (contraseña: 123 o admin) - Red - Configuración de red - IPv4, cambie el tipo de red a IP Estática, complete los datos correctos y pulse Confirmar abajo:
