¿Cómo actualizar teléfonos SIP en modo POST?

Descripción general

Este artículo se aplica a dispositivos industriales que utilizan el sistema operativo VxWorks. El modo POST en los teléfonos SIP funciona como la BIOS en un ordenador, y el firmware es similar al sistema operativo del ordenador. Si un ordenador se bloquea, puedes reinstalar el sistema operativo. De igual forma, si un teléfono no arranca normalmente, puedes usar el modo POST para actualizar y restaurar el sistema.

Preparación para la actualización POST

Descarga y preparación del firmware

Descarga el firmware más reciente para tu dispositivo desde: https://www.fanvil.com/Support/download.html Si no estás seguro de qué firmware usar o tienes una versión personalizada, contacta con el soporte técnico.

Nota: El archivo de firmware DEBE tener formato .z. NO es un archivo zip y NO DEBES descomprimirlo.

Configuración del servidor FTP

Herramienta FTP: Usamos wftpd32 (también se admite otro software FTP). Descarga wftpd32: http://download.fanvil.com/HowTo/UpdateInPostMode/wftpd32.rar Ejecuta wftpd32 en tu PC.

  1. Abrir configuración de seguridad
    Ve al menú: SecurityUser/rights...

  2. Crear un usuario
    Haz clic en New User... y establece un nombre de usuario y una contraseña (recuerda estos datos para más tarde).

  3. Establecer directorio principal
    Introduce la ruta de la carpeta donde está almacenado tu firmware .z (NO incluyas el nombre del archivo). Haz clic en Done.

  4. Habilitar registro (opcional)
    Ve a: LoggingLog Options, marca Enable Logging.

ADVERTENCIA: NO cierres el servidor FTP durante la actualización POST.

Configuración de red del terminal y PC

  1. Entrar en modo POST
    Conecta el PC al puerto WAN del dispositivo (misma LAN). Reinicia el dispositivo.
    - Para i12/i16V/i18S/i20S/i30S/i31S/i23S/i32V/i33V: Mantén pulsado * + # durante 10 segundos.
    - Para PA2: Mantén pulsado Volumen + + Volumen – durante 10 segundos.

  2. Establecer IP estática del PC
    Establece la dirección IPv4 de tu PC en: 192.168.10.2

Actualización POST y restablecimiento de fábrica

Pasos de la actualización POST

  1. Abrir el símbolo del sistema
    Pulsa Win + R, escribe cmd, pulsa Intro.

  2. Conectar por Telnet al dispositivo
    Ejecuta el comando: telnet 192.168.10.1

    Nota: Si Telnet no está habilitado, instálalo a través de las características de Windows o usa herramientas como PuTTY/SecureCRT.

  3. Iniciar actualización
    Introduce 2 y pulsa Intro. Ingresa la siguiente información (pulsa Intro después de cada una):
    - Introduce dirección del servidor: 192.168.10.2
    - Introduce nombre de la imagen: xxx.z (tu archivo de firmware)
    - Introduce nombre de usuario: Nombre de usuario FTP
    - Introduce contraseña: Contraseña FTP
    Introducir parámetros de actualización

    Nota: Usa solo archivos .z. Muestra las extensiones de archivo si es necesario.

  4. Comprobar estado FTP
    La ventana FTP muestra el progreso de descarga. Un mensaje de éxito confirma la finalización.

    Nota: Si la actualización falla, desactiva el firewall del PC y vuelve a intentarlo.

Cómo restablecer de fábrica

Después de una actualización exitosa:

  1. En modo POST, introduce 3 para borrar todas las configuraciones (mantén la energía encendida).

  2. Introduce 4 para reiniciar el dispositivo.

Después del reinicio, inicia sesión en la interfaz web para verificar la versión del firmware y el funcionamiento normal. La actualización está completa.
