¿Cómo restaurar el teléfono a la configuración de fábrica?

Descripción general

Si el teléfono presenta un funcionamiento anómalo debido a una configuración incorrecta del usuario, restaurar los ajustes de fábrica permite solucionar problemas relacionados con la configuración. El restablecimiento de fábrica también resulta útil si se olvida la contraseña de acceso web, contraseña de bloqueo del teclado, contraseña de configuración avanzada u otras credenciales, ya que el dispositivo volverá a sus ajustes originales por defecto.

Modelos compatibles

Productos admitidos: todos los modelos de teléfono.
Firmware admitido: todas las versiones de firmware para los modelos compatibles.

Requisitos previos

① Un teléfono BX4U conectado a un conmutador y con obtención automática de dirección IP.
② Un PC de configuración conectado al mismo conmutador, con comunicación de red confirmada entre el equipo y el teléfono.

Procedimiento

Restaurar ajustes de fábrica desde la interfaz web

1. Compruebe la dirección IP del teléfono.

En la pantalla LCD del dispositivo, acceda a MenúEstado para consultar la dirección IP actual.

2. Abra la interfaz web del teléfono.

3. Realice el restablecimiento de fábrica.

Dentro de la interfaz web, navegue a Sistema -- Configuración del Sistema y haga clic en Restablecer en el apartado de restauración de fábrica.

Cuando aparezca la ventana de confirmación, pulse Aceptar.

El teléfono iniciará el proceso de restablecimiento.

Una vez finalizado el proceso, el dispositivo volverá al estado de fábrica por defecto.

Restaurar ajustes desde el menú de configuración avanzada

En el teléfono, acceda a Menú - Configuración Avanzada - introduzca la contraseña 123 - pulse Confirmar y seleccione Restablecimiento de Fábrica.

Mantenga pulsada la tecla OK. Cuando el teléfono muestre el aviso de restablecimiento de fábrica, pulse Confirmar para restaurar los valores originales del dispositivo.

Este método solo es válido para modelos de teléfono basados en Android. Apague el dispositivo y reinícielo; durante el arranque, toque repetidamente las cuatro esquinas de la pantalla.
