Descripción general

Cuando un dispositivo necesita comunicarse usando una cuenta SIP registrada, debe haber un servidor SIP disponible y la cuenta debe estar registrada en el dispositivo. Esta guía explica cómo registrar dispositivos industriales en un servidor PortSIP.

Modelos aplicables

Todos nuestros monitores interiores, dispositivos de control de acceso y productos de interfono. En esta guía, se utilizan los modelos Bi52W y Bi63 como ejemplos.

Registro en un servidor PortSIP

Agregar una extensión en el servidor

Antes de registrar el dispositivo en el servidor PortSIP, primero se debe configurar el entorno del servidor. En este ejemplo, se utiliza un servidor PortSIP instalado en una PC para demostrar el proceso.

Agregar una extensión.

Inicie sesión en la interfaz web del servidor, luego vaya a Gestión de llamadas —— Usuarios de extensiones. Haga clic en el botón Agregar, luego ingrese el número de extensión y la contraseña para crear una nueva cuenta de extensión, como se muestra a continuación.

Verificar la configuración del dominio del servidor y del protocolo de transporte.

Vaya a Gestión de llamadas —— Dominio y protocolo de transporte para ver el dominio SIP, el protocolo de transporte y el número de puerto correspondiente que utiliza el servidor, como se muestra a continuación.

Obtener la dirección IP del dispositivo, iniciar sesión y registrar el dispositivo en el servidor

Verificar y obtener la dirección IP del dispositivo.

Para dispositivos de control de acceso e interfonos: Mantenga presionada la tecla DSS durante 10 segundos hasta que oiga un pitido, luego presiónela rápidamente una vez y el dispositivo anunciará su dirección IP.

Para monitores interiores:

Modelos sin pantalla táctil: i51W, i52W Mantenga presionada la tecla OK, luego vaya a Información del sistema —— Red —— IPv4.

Modelos con pantalla táctil: i53W, i56A Vaya a Menú —— Estado —— Red —— IPv4.

Abra un navegador e ingrese la dirección IP del dispositivo.

El nombre de usuario y la contraseña predeterminados son ambos admin.

Vaya a LíneaSIPConfiguración de registro. Ingrese la información de la cuenta, contraseña, puerto, dirección del servidor y otros detalles necesarios, luego haga clic en Enviar.

(1) Nombre de usuario, Usuario de autenticación y Contraseña: estos son el número de extensión y la contraseña creados en el servidor.

(2) Dirección del servidor: ingrese el dominio SIP del servidor PortSIP.

(3) Puerto del servidor y protocolo de transporte: use el protocolo de transporte y el puerto correspondiente definidos en la configuración de dominio y transporte de PortSIP. En este ejemplo, se utilizan UDP y su puerto correspondiente.

(4) Servidor proxy y puerto: en este ejemplo, el registro se realiza dentro de la red local. Dado que el servidor está instalado en una PC, el servidor proxy debe ser la dirección IP estática de esa PC, y el puerto debe coincidir con el puerto utilizado por el protocolo de transporte seleccionado.

(5) Después de ingresar toda la configuración, asegúrese de que el dispositivo y el servidor puedan comunicarse a través de la red. Una vez que el registro sea exitoso, el estado de la línea en el dispositivo cambiará a Registrado, lo que significa que la cuenta SIP se ha registrado correctamente en el servidor PortSIP.
