¿Cómo registrar intercomunicadores industriales SIP en el servidor PortSIP?

Introducción

Visión general

Cuando los dispositivos necesitan comunicarse usando cuentas SIP registradas, debe implementar un servidor SIP y registrar las cuentas en los dispositivos. Este documento describe cómo registrar dispositivos de interfono industrial en un servidor PortSIP.

Modelos aplicables

Todos los dispositivos de interfono industrial y SIP.

Herramientas de preparación previa

① Un dispositivo de interfono industrial (BHP-SOS16V como ejemplo), un conmutador PoE (o fuente de alimentación DC), un servidor PortSIP (instalado en una computadora con Windows). Conecte el dispositivo al conmutador.
② Una computadora de depuración conectada al mismo conmutador para garantizar la conectividad de red entre la computadora y el dispositivo.

Conecte el BHP-SOS16V al conmutador, conecte la computadora al mismo conmutador e instale PortSIP Server en la computadora. El diagrama de conexión se muestra en la Figura 1.

Registro en el servidor PortSIP

Para registrar un dispositivo en PortSIP Server, primero debe configurar el entorno del servidor. Esta guía utiliza un servidor PortSIP instalado en Windows como ejemplo.

Crear extensiones en el servidor

(1) Crear una extensión: Inicie sesión en la interfaz Web del servidor, vaya a Call ManagerExtensions — haga clic en Add para crear una nueva extensión.
Ingrese el número de extensión y la contraseña para completar la creación.

(2) Verificar dominio y protocolo de transporte: Vaya a Call ManagerDomains & Transports para ver el dominio SIP, el protocolo de transporte y el número de puerto, como se muestra en la Figura 3.

Registrar el dispositivo en el servidor

Después de crear la extensión en el servidor, configure el dispositivo para registrarse. Los pasos son los siguientes:
(1) Inicie sesión en el dispositivo: Ingrese la dirección IP del dispositivo en un navegador, inicie sesión con nombre de usuario y contraseña (predeterminado: admin/admin).
(2) Vaya a la interfaz web del dispositivo: LineSIPRegistration Settings, configure como se muestra en la Figura 4:

  • ① Nombre de usuario, ID de autenticación, Contraseña: Use el número de extensión y contraseña creados en PortSIP Server;

  • ② Dirección del servidor: Ingrese el dominio SIP de PortSIP;

  • ③ Puerto del servidor y transporte: Ingrese el puerto y el protocolo (UDP como ejemplo);

  • ④ Servidor proxy y puerto: Use la IP estática de la computadora con PortSIP y el puerto correspondiente.

(3) Después de ingresar la información y asegurar la conectividad de red, el Estado de la línea del dispositivo cambiará a Registered, lo que significa que el dispositivo se ha registrado exitosamente en el servidor SIP.
