Este documento explica cómo exportar un archivo flash mientras el teléfono se ejecuta en modo POST.

Modelos aplicables

Productos compatibles: todos los modelos de teléfono.

Requisitos previos

1. Un servidor de actualización POST. En este procedimiento, se requiere un servidor FTP.
2. Una herramienta Telnet, como el cliente Telnet integrado de Windows, PuTTY o SecureCRT.

Procedimiento

Configuración del servidor FTP

1. Ejecute wftpd32 en el PC. En la barra de menú, seleccione Security -> User/Rights...

2. Configure las credenciales de inicio de sesión FTP exactamente como se requiere:
Nombre de usuario: username
Contraseña: userpasswd

3. Defina la ruta de almacenamiento de archivos. En Home Directory, ingrese la ruta de la carpeta donde se almacenará el paquete de firmware o el archivo exportado, por ejemplo D:\USER-X3S. Luego seleccione Restricted to home y haga clic en Done para guardar la configuración.

4. Habilite la opción de registro para poder monitorear el proceso de exportación más fácilmente.

Nota: No cierre el servidor FTP mientras realiza operaciones en modo POST.

Configuración de red del PC

1. Asigne una configuración IP fija al PC.

Dirección IP: 192.168.10.99
Máscara de subred: 255.255.255.0
Puerta de enlace predeterminada: 192.168.10.1

2. Ponga el teléfono en MODO POST.

Conecte el puerto de red del PC directamente al puerto de Internet del teléfono con un cable Ethernet. Reinicie el teléfono y, durante el arranque, mantenga presionada la tecla # para ingresar al MODO POST. En el modo POST, el teléfono usa la dirección IP predeterminada 192.168.10.1.

1. En el PC, presione Win+R y abra cmd.

2. Ingrese el comando de exportación para comenzar a exportar el archivo flash.

Después de eso, ejecute el comando 4 para reiniciar el teléfono. Una vez que se complete el reinicio, el proceso de exportación flash ha finalizado.

3. El archivo flash exportado se guardará en el directorio configurado anteriormente en el Paso 1, Punto 3.
