¿Cómo controlar la salida de audio del amplificador en intercomunicadores industriales SIP?

Introducción

Visión general

Cuando los dispositivos industriales están conectados a un amplificador externo, puede controlar si el audio se envía al amplificador según el escenario de aplicación. Durante las llamadas normales, el amplificador debe estar APAGADO y solo se debe usar el altavoz integrado. Durante los anuncios o emergencias, el amplificador debe activarse. Este documento describe dos métodos de control para diferentes modelos de dispositivos.

Modelos aplicables

BHP‑SOS10, BHP‑SOS10V, BHP‑SOS10D, BHP‑SOS11V, BHP‑SOS11V2, BHP‑SOS16, BHP‑SOS16V, BK‑ROIP‑PA2, BK‑ROIP‑PA2S, BK‑ROIP‑PA3, BHP‑SOS12.

Herramientas de preparación previa

① Un dispositivo compatible (BHP‑SOS16V como ejemplo), conmutador PoE (o fuente de alimentación DC), un amplificador, un altavoz. Conecte el amplificador al dispositivo y el altavoz al amplificador. Conecte el dispositivo al conmutador.
② Un ordenador de depuración conectado al mismo conmutador para garantizar la conectividad de red.

Conecte el BHP‑SOS16V y el ordenador al mismo conmutador. El diagrama de conexión se muestra en la Figura 1.

Controlar la salida de audio del amplificador

La salida del amplificador se puede controlar habilitando la interfaz de salida de audio o usando un relé para encender/apagar el amplificador. Ambos métodos se explican a continuación.

Control mediante la interfaz de salida de audio

Este método aplica a: series BHP‑SOS10, BHP‑SOS11, BHP‑SOS16, BK‑ROIP‑PA2, PA2S, PA3. Nota: BK‑ROIP‑PA2/PA2S usan la interfaz Headset; PA3 usa Line Out. Las series i10/i11 requieren cableado personalizado de 2 pines MX1.25. Configure a través de la interfaz web: (1) Inicie sesión en la interfaz web (usuario/contraseña predeterminados: admin).
(2) Vaya a Configuración de interfonoConfiguración de mediosConfiguración de medios.

  • Establezca Habilitar altavoz externo en Manos libres y línea de salida.

  • Establezca Estado de activación de línea de salida en Receptor de intercomunicación.

Descripciones de parámetros:

  • Manos libres y línea de salida: Habilita tanto el audio de manos libres como el de línea de salida.

  • Estado de activación de línea de salida:

    • Timbre: Activar durante el timbre

    • Llamante (Hablando): Activar al hacer llamadas

    • Receptor SIP (Hablando): Activar al recibir llamadas SIP

    • Receptor Multicast: Activar al recibir multicast

    • Receptor de intercomunicación: Activar al recibir llamadas de intercomunicación

Control mediante salida de relé

(2) Cableado del amplificador (ejemplo con contacto seco) ① Para el modo de alimentación externa de BHP‑SOS16V: conecte los pines 2‑3 de JP1, deje los pines 1 y 4 sin conectar, como se muestra en la Figura 3.

(3) Configuración del puerto de salida ① Vaya a Configuración de seguridadConfiguración del puerto de salida.
② Marque Puerto de salida 1 (o 2).
③ Marque Activar por estado de llamada y habilite Receptor de intercomunicación.

Cuando el dispositivo recibe un evento Receptor de intercomunicación, COM y NC se cierran, encendiendo el amplificador.
