¿Cómo conectar una cerradura eléctrica a las unidades de control de acceso interior Bi20S y Bi30?

Descripción general

Esta guía explica cómo cablear una cerradura eléctrica a los controladores de acceso de interior Bi20S y Bi30. El método de cableado correcto depende de la corriente de arranque y los requisitos de alimentación de la cerradura.

Si la corriente de arranque de la cerradura es inferior a 12V/500mA, el controlador de acceso puede alimentar la cerradura directamente. Esto se conoce como modo de alimentación interna. Si la corriente de arranque es superior a 12V/500mA, el controlador de acceso solo funcionará como disparador de relé y la cerradura deberá contar con su propia fuente de alimentación externa. Esto se conoce como modo de alimentación externa.

Estos dos modos se seleccionan ajustando el puente JP1. Siga las instrucciones a continuación para elegir el modo adecuado y completar el cableado de forma segura.

Material necesario

1. Un controlador de acceso de interior Bi20S, una cerradura eléctrica, un adaptador de corriente para la cerradura y un conmutador PoE (o fuente de alimentación CC).

2. Confirmar el modo de alimentación requerido por la cerradura y configurar correctamente el JP1 en el equipo de interior.

3. Un ordenador para la configuración y prueba, conectado a la misma red que el dispositivo de control de acceso.

Conecte el controlador de acceso al conmutador y, a continuación, conecte el ordenador al mismo conmutador para que ambos dispositivos compartan la misma red y se comuniquen mutuamente, como se muestra en la Figura 1.

Procedimiento de configuración

Antes de cablear la cerradura, abra el controlador de acceso y configure el puente JP1 según el modo de alimentación de la cerradura. Posteriormente, realice el cableado de la cerradura con el método correspondiente.

Abrir el controlador de acceso

Utilice un destornillador para quitar los tornillos del equipo y abrir la carcasa.

Configurar el puente JP1

Ajuste el puente JP1 según las especificaciones de la cerradura.

Cuando la corriente de arranque de la cerradura sea inferior a 12V/500mA, el equipo de interior podrá suministrar energía a la cerradura. Este es el modo de alimentación interna.

Cuando la corriente de arranque de la cerradura sea superior a 12V/500mA, el equipo de interior funcionará únicamente como salida de control de contacto seco y la cerradura deberá usar su propia fuente de alimentación externa. Este es el modo de alimentación externa.

Nota: Confirme si la cerradura es de tipo Fail-safe(cierra con corriente) o Fail-secure(abre con corriente), ya que la conexión del terminal positivo varía según el tipo. Para cerraduras Fail-safe, conecte el cable positivo al terminal NC. Para cerraduras Fail-secure, conecte el cable positivo al terminal NO.

Advertencia: En modo de alimentación interna, no conecte una fuente de alimentación externa adicional a la cerradura simultáneamente, ya que podría dañar el dispositivo.

Nota 1: Seleccione NC o NO según el tipo de cerradura.

Nota 2: La salida de relé del controlador de acceso admite hasta CC 30V/1A o CA 125V/0,5A.

Encendido y prueba

1. Si utiliza el modo de alimentación externa, encienda el adaptador externo para alimentar la cerradura.

2. En el ordenador de configuración, abra un navegador web e introduzca la dirección IP del controlador de acceso.

3. Introduzca las credenciales de inicio de sesión. El nombre de usuario predeterminado es admin y la contraseña predeterminada es admin.

4. Acceda a Cerradura > Control de cerradura y haga clic en Ejecutar para comprobar si la cerradura funciona correctamente.
