¿Cómo usar el control de acceso serie i6x con el softphone PortSIP?

Introducción

Descripción general

PortSIP Softphone es un softphone SIP que inicia o recibe llamadas mediante Wi-Fi o 4G/LTE. Admite códecs de vídeo H.264 y VP8. Con nuestros productos, puede usar videollamadas 1080P, llamadas de audio HD y apertura remota de puerta con una sola tecla en la aplicación. Este documento describe cómo usar PortSIP UC con el producto. Después de la configuración, podrá realizar estas funciones en PortSIP.

Preparación previa

1. Un producto (aquí se usa i61 como ejemplo), un switch PoE (o fuente de alimentación DC), un servidor SIP y un teléfono móvil con PortSIP Softphone instalado. Conecte el dispositivo al switch.
2. Según el diagrama de conexión, conecte i61, el servidor SIP, el router inalámbrico y el ordenador al switch.
3. Cree dos cuentas SIP en el servidor SIP, una para i61 y otra para el soft terminal móvil.
4. Conecte el móvil al router inalámbrico y confirme que la red entre i61, el servidor SIP y el móvil esté comunicada.

Método de configuración

Tomando i61 como ejemplo, se describe la configuración para usar PortSIP UC y realizar videollamadas 1080P, llamadas de audio HD y apertura remota de puerta con una tecla. Antes de empezar, configure según la sección “Registro” siguiente.

Registro

2.1.1. Registrar i61 en el servidor SIP
1. En la página web del teléfono Línea--SIP, active el registro de extensión: marcado
Nombre de usuario: extensión asignada por el servidor SIP. Nombre mostrado: puede personalizarse según sea necesario
Autenticación de usuario: extensión asignada por el servidor SIP
Contraseña de autenticación: contraseña correspondiente a la extensión asignada por el servidor SIP. Dirección del servidor: dirección del servidor SIP
Puerto del servidor: puerto del servidor SIP

2. Haga clic en el botón “Enviar
2.1.2. Registrar el servidor SIP en el teléfono móvil
1. Abra el software PortSIP e introduzca el nombre de usuario, la contraseña y la dirección del servidor

2.2. Añadir contacto
En la página “Contactos” de la aplicación, haga clic en el icono de la esquina superior derecha. En la página siguiente, introduzca el número SIP de i61 y aplique.

Llamadas de voz y vídeo

2.3.1. Configurar llamada saliente con una tecla en i61
1. Configurar tecla rápida
Tipo: tecla de memoria
Nombre: nombre personalizado
Valor: número de extensión registrado en el softphone móvil
Subtipo: seleccionar “Marcación rápida”
Línea: seleccionar la extensión registrada en i61

2. Haga clic en el botón “Enviar”
3. Pulse la tecla rápida en el panel de i61 para llamar
2.3.2. Realizar llamada saliente mediante PortSIP Softphone
Entre en la página “Marcar” de la aplicación, introduzca el número SIP de i61 y haga clic en el icono de llamada.

También puede entrar en la página “Contactos” de la aplicación, hacer clic en el contacto que desea llamar y seleccionar el modo de marcación.

Apertura remota de puerta

1. Configure la contraseña remota en i61:
Tipo: seleccionar “Remoto”
Contraseña: introduzca la contraseña remota

2. Haga clic en “Enviar”
3. En el softphone, seleccione el tipo de extensión de i61 como “Control de acceso”, e introduzca la contraseña remota en “Contraseña de apertura”

4. Durante la llamada, haga clic en el icono “Abrir puerta”, o vaya al “Teclado de marcación” e introduzca la contraseña remota para abrir la puerta.
