Función de tonos diferenciados para llamadas entrantes en teléfonos SIP

Función de alert-info

El campo alert-info de SIP transporta información sobre el tipo de llamada. El teléfono puede identificar la categoría de la llamada entrante mediante este campo y reproducir diferentes tonos de timbre.

Método de configuración

El campo Alert-info está soportado. Actualmente nuestros productos admiten dos formatos comunes de Alert-info. El tipo de tono personalizado es una feature añadida en el primer trimestre. Los detalles se describen más abajo. No se admite la descarga dinámica ni la reproducción de un archivo wav correspondiente a una URL.

Glosario del formato Bellcore-drX

Este formato ya está soportado en las versiones existentes; solo se requiere que el PBX entregue el valor alert-info correspondiente.
Cuando un SIP Invite contiene el campo Alert-Info y el valor es Bellcore-dr1, significa que el teléfono debe reproducir su primer tono interno para sonar. Si el valor es Bellcore-dr2, se reproducirá el segundo tono. La figura 2-1 muestra un ejemplo en el que se debe reproducir el tercer tono.

Tipo de tono personalizado

Aunque el formato Bellcore-drX permite el timbrado diferenciado, no es muy flexible, y el usuario no puede elegir el tono, ya que solo el administrador del PBX lo establece de forma centralizada. En comparación, el tipo de tono personalizado es más flexible. El campo alert-info enviado por el servidor no solo contiene la información del tipo de llamada, sino que el sistema no vincula esa información a un tono fijo, por lo que el usuario puede seleccionar el tipo de tono.
Como se muestra en la figura 2-2, cuando el valor alert-info enviado por el servidor es queue, el usuario puede configurar el tipo de tono en la interfaz de configuración.

Prueba de la función Alert-info del teléfono

Requisitos previos

1. El teléfono puede utilizarse con normalidad.
2. El teléfono puede iniciar sesión en la página web.
3. Herramienta de captura de paquetes.
4. Ruta del script: 172.16.1.9\test_group\using document\SIPP

Pasos de prueba para teléfonos de la serie X

1. Inicie sesión en la página WEB del teléfono de prueba en http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/. Entre en phone settings->audio para X3/4. Para teléfonos X5/6, entre en phone settings->Media Settings, configure el atributo Alert-info y seleccione el tipo de tono. El valor de Alert-info puede ser music1-music10 en orden, o también un número.

2. Simulación SIPP. Comando: ejecute sipp -sf uac_invite_alert_info.xml -i pc phone -m 1 -l 1 para generar una llamada entrante y capturar paquetes.
Nota: el valor info del script debe coincidir con el valor configurado en la web.
3. Sustituya Alert-Info:music1;info=[field1] en el script por Alert-Info:http://127.0.0.1/Bellcore-dr1.
4. En la web, configure el valor de Alert-info como bellcore-drX(X=1-5) y ejecute el script.

Pasos de prueba para teléfonos de la serie Android

1. Desde el LCD del teléfono de prueba, entre desde setting en phone settings->Tone, configure el atributo Alert-info y seleccione el tipo de tono. El tono corresponde al sistema Android. El valor de Alert-info puede ser music1-music10 en orden, o también un número.
